Dana White reveals White House UFC event arena design, over 70,000 ticket applications

Dana White showcased how the arena will look for the upcoming UFC event at the White House. The stage is being built in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, then transported by truck to Washington, D.C., where it will be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. White emphasized that UFC is funding the entire event privately, with no taxpayer money involved, as a gift for America's 250th anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available at the Ellipse, a park across from the arena, with more than 100,000 fans expected to attend the fight week events, which will include a two-day fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band.
