Dana White reveals details of White House event arena construction

Dana White shared details about the arena setup for the upcoming UFC event at the White House, scheduled for America's 250th anniversary. White explained that the arena is being constructed in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, then transported by truck to Washington DC where it will be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. He emphasized that the entire event is being funded by the UFC with no taxpayer money being used. White stated this is a gift from the UFC to celebrate the nation's quarter-millennium anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available for the Ellipse park across from the arena. More than 100,000 fans are expected to attend various fight week activities including a two-day fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band.
