Dana White showed how the arena will look for the upcoming UFC event at the White House. The stage is being constructed in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, then transported by truck to Washington DC to be erected on the South Lawn. White emphasized that UFC is paying for everything without using any taxpayer money, presenting it as a gift for America's 250th anniversary. He stressed the event is about the United States, not politics, regardless of political affiliation. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets at UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available at the Ellipse, a park across from the arena that can accommodate over 100,000 fans. The two-day fan festival will include press conferences, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band, with celebrity guests and big-screen fight viewing planned.
