Dana White provided extensive details about the UFC's upcoming event at the White House to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. The custom arena stage is being built in Europe before being shipped to Philadelphia and then trucked to Washington DC, where it will be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. White emphasized that the UFC is funding the entire event privately, with no taxpayer money being used, calling it a gift to America. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets at UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available for the Ellipse park across from the arena, which can accommodate more than 100,000 fans. The fight weekend will include a two-day fan festival featuring press conferences, weigh-ins, and a performance by the Zac Brown Band. White stressed that the event is about celebrating the United States rather than politics, regardless of attendees' political affiliations.
