Dana White showcased how the arena will be constructed for the upcoming UFC event at the White House. The production team is building a stage in Europe that will be shipped to Philadelphia and then trucked to Washington D.C., where it will be erected on the South Lawn with the White House as the backdrop. White emphasized that UFC is paying for everything with no taxpayer money being used, positioning it as a gift to America for its 250th anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets on UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available at the Ellipse park across from the arena that can accommodate over 100,000 fans. The event will include a two-day fan festival with press conference, weigh-ins, and performances by Zac Brown Band.
