White emphasized that the UFC is funding the entire event without using any taxpayer money, calling it a gift to America for its 250th anniversary. The two-day fan festival will include over 100,000 fans attending various events, a press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band, with celebrity guests and fight viewing on large screens.
