Dana White reveals Oval Office arena design for White House UFC event

Dana White has shown how the arena will appear for the upcoming UFC event at the White House. White insisted his production team create a setup where the White House is visible in the background during fights. The stage is being constructed in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, then trucked to Washington where it will be erected on the South Lawn. White emphasized that UFC is covering all costs with no taxpayer money being spent, positioning it as a gift for America's 250th anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available at the Ellipse, a park across from the arena, with more than 100,000 fans expected to attend fight week events. The two-day fan festival will include a press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band.
