Dana White has shown how the arena will look for the upcoming UFC event at the White House, celebrating America's 250th anniversary. White emphasized that the production will feature the White House as a backdrop during fights, with a custom stage being built in Europe, shipped to Philadelphia, then trucked to Washington DC for assembly on the South Lawn. White stressed that UFC is funding the entire event with no taxpayer money involved, calling it a gift to America. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available at the Ellipse park across from the arena. The multi-day event will accommodate over 100,000 fans and include a fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band.
