Quick read
Conor McGregor has settled a legal dispute with former training partner Artem Lobov over the Proper No. Twelve whiskey brand. Lobov had filed a lawsuit seeking a share of profits after McGregor sold his stake in the brand to Proximo Spirits for over $130 million in 2021. The case was scheduled for a hearing in Dublin's High Court, but both parties reached an agreement before proceedings began. McGregor released a statement saying he is satisfied the matter is resolved and can now focus on training for an upcoming summer fight, while thanking Lobov for his contribution to the whiskey business. Lobov stated he is happy with the outcome, and the judge noted the parties reached a reasonable settlement.
