Dana White has shown how the arena will look for the UFC event at the White House. He told his production team he wanted the White House visible in the background during fights, and they designed a special stage being built in Europe. The stage will be shipped to Philadelphia, then trucked to Washington D.C. to be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. White emphasized the UFC is funding the entire event without taxpayer money, calling it a gift for America's 250th anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets at UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available for the Ellipse park across from the arena, with expectations of over 100,000 fans attending the fight weekend events including a two-day fan festival, press conference, and weigh-in ceremony, with the Zac Brown Band performing.
