Dana White showcased the planned arena setup for the UFC's White House event, with the venue specifically designed to feature the White House as a backdrop during fights. The stage is being constructed in Europe, will ship to Philadelphia, then be transported by truck to Washington DC for assembly on the South Lawn. White emphasized that UFC is funding the entire event without taxpayer money as a gift for America's 250th anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available for the Ellipse park area across from the arena. More than 100,000 fans are expected across the fight weekend, which includes a two-day fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band. White stressed the event transcends politics and celebrates the United States regardless of political affiliation.
