Dana White has shown the planned arena setup for the UFC's upcoming White House event celebrating America's 250th anniversary. The specially-designed stage is being constructed in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, then trucked to Washington D.C. to be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. White emphasized that the entire event is being funded by the UFC without any taxpayer money, describing it as a gift to America's 250th birthday. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available for the Ellipse park area across from the main arena, with over 100,000 fans expected across the fight week events. The event will include a two-day fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band, with fights broadcast on large screens.
