UFC President Dana White has unveiled details about the arena setup for the upcoming UFC event at the White House celebrating America's 250th anniversary. The specially constructed stage is being built in Europe before being shipped to Philadelphia and then transported by truck to Washington D.C., where it will be erected on the South Lawn with the White House as the backdrop. White emphasized that the entire production is being funded by the UFC without any taxpayer money, calling it a gift to America. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available for the Ellipse, a park across from the arena that can accommodate over 100,000 fans throughout the fight weekend. The multi-day event will include a two-day fan festival, press conference, weigh-ins, and a performance by the Zac Brown Band, with fights shown on a large screen.
