Quick read
Conor McGregor has reached a settlement with former sparring partner Artem Lobov over a lawsuit concerning the Proper No. Twelve whiskey business. Lobov had filed a lawsuit demanding a share of profits from the brand, which McGregor reportedly sold to Proximo Spirits in 2021 for over $130 million. The case was scheduled for hearing in Dublin High Court but was settled before proceedings. McGregor's attorney read a statement expressing satisfaction with the resolution and thanking Lobov for his contribution to the whiskey business. Lobov stated he is happy with the outcome, though financial terms were not disclosed. McGregor was not present at the court hearings and last fought in July 2021 when he lost to Dustin Poirier.
