Conor McGregor has reached a settlement with former sparring partner Artem Lobov regarding a lawsuit over the Proper No. Twelve whiskey business. Lobov had filed a lawsuit demanding a share of the profits after McGregor reportedly sold his stake in Proper 12 to Proximo Spirits for over $130 million in 2021. The case was scheduled for Wednesday in Dublin High Court but was resolved before proceedings. McGregor's lawyer read a statement saying McGregor is satisfied the matter is resolved and thanked Lobov for his contribution to the whiskey business. Lobov stated he is happy with the outcome, though financial details of the settlement were not disclosed. McGregor did not attend the court hearings and last fought in July 2021 when he lost to Dustin Poirier.
