Arman Tsarukyan claims that Ryan Garcia has failed to pay him $40,000 after losing a bet during a stream. According to Tsarukyan in an interview with Adam Zubairaev, Garcia initially said he would count the money and bring it, then promised to send it to his account and gave his word as a man. Five days have passed since the bet was settled, and Garcia has not even asked for Tsarukyan's card details to make the payment. Tsarukyan mentioned he plans to go to the market with Hamzat Chimaev to apparently collect the debt from Garcia.
