Joël Alvarez and Benoît Saint Denis train together in France ahead of UFC 328

Joël Alvarez and Benoît Saint Denis have started a joint training camp in Bayonne, France, under coach Nicolas Otta. The two fighters were scheduled to face each other a year ago, but the bout fell through. Alvarez is preparing for his UFC 328 fight against Yaroslav Amosov on May 9, while Saint Denis does not yet have a bout announced. Alvarez stated that Saint Denis reached out to arrange the training camp, and he believes Saint Denis may be preparing for an opponent with a similar style to his own, though the French fighter has not disclosed who that opponent might be.
