Yoel Alvarez and Benoit Saint-Denis training together in France

Yoel Alvarez and Benoit Saint-Denis have begun a joint training camp in Bayonne, France, under coach Nicolas Otta. The two lightweight fighters were originally scheduled to face each other a year ago, but the bout fell through. Now they are training partners ahead of their respective fights. Alvarez is preparing for his UFC 328 bout against Yaroslav Amosov on May 9th. Saint-Denis does not yet have a fight announced, though Alvarez suggested his teammate may be facing an opponent with a similar style to his own.
