Alvarez and Saint Denis train together in France ahead of upcoming fights

Yoel Alvarez and Benoit Saint Denis have begun a joint training camp in Bayonne, France, under coach Nicolas Ott. The two lightweight fighters were originally scheduled to face each other a year ago, but that bout never materialized. Alvarez is now preparing to face Yaroslav Amosov at UFC 328 on May 9, while Saint Denis does not yet have a fight announced. According to Alvarez, Saint Denis reached out to arrange the training partnership, and Alvarez believes his French training partner will soon face an opponent with a style similar to his own, though Saint Denis has not revealed who that opponent might be.
