Jiri Prochazka tested a choke defense method he found on YouTube by attempting it on Nina Drama during training. Drama commented that Prochazka nearly broke her arm but confirmed the technique worked. However, Prochazka dismissed its effectiveness, stating it wouldn't work against an MMA fighter and that he had simply seen it online. The exchange was captured on video and shared by Nina Drama. No serious injury occurred during the demonstration.
