Joel Alvarez and Benoit Saint Denis train together in France

Joel Alvarez and Benoit Saint Denis have begun a joint training camp in Bayonne, France, under the guidance of coach Nicolas Ott. The two fighters were originally scheduled to face each other a year ago, but that bout never materialized. Now they're working together as training partners. Alvarez is scheduled to fight Yaroslav Amosov at UFC 328 on May 9th, while Saint Denis does not yet have a fight announced. Alvarez revealed that Saint Denis contacted him to arrange the training, and mentioned that the Frenchman may have an upcoming fight against an opponent with a similar style to his own, though Saint Denis hasn't disclosed details.
