Burns vs Malott official; Vologdin and Zheleznyakova make weight at UFC Winnipeg

The main event between Gilbert Burns and Mike Malott for UFC Winnipeg is officially set after both fighters successfully weighed in. Russian fighters Mark Vologdin and Darya Zheleznyakova also made weight for their respective contests. Thiago Moises and John Castaneda both required second attempts to make weight but were ultimately successful. Castaneda had requested a catchweight bout at 63 kg the previous evening, which Vologdin accepted, with Castaneda agreeing to forfeit 30% of his purse to Vologdin. All scheduled fights are now official.
