All fighters make weight for UFC Winnipeg; Castaneda forfeits 30% of purse

The UFC Winnipeg weigh-ins concluded with all scheduled bouts remaining intact. Main event fighters Gilbert Burns and Mike Malott successfully made the welterweight limit. Russian fighters Mark Vologdin and Darya Zheleznyakova also made weight for their respective fights. Tiago Moises and John Castaneda made weight on their second attempts. Notably, Castaneda requested a catchweight bout at 63 kg the previous evening, which Vologdin accepted. As a result, Castaneda will forfeit 30% of his purse to Vologdin.
