The main event of UFC Winnipeg between Gilbert Burns and Mike Malott is officially confirmed after both fighters successfully completed weigh-ins. Russian fighters Mark Vologdin and Darya Zheleznyakova also made weight for their respective bouts. An update confirmed that Tiago Moises and John Castaneda made weight on their second attempts, ensuring all fights remain intact. Castaneda had requested a catchweight of up to 63 kg the previous evening, which Vologdin accepted. As part of the agreement, Castaneda will forfeit 30% of his purse to Vologdin. All 12 bouts on the card are proceeding as scheduled.
