ACA president reveals majority of fighters use prohibited substances

According to Bibulatov, fighters who accept bouts on short notice are typically the cleanest because they haven't had time to apply anything. The promotion implemented drug testing and gave fighters six months to clear their systems while allowing some therapeutic substances. Bibulatov expressed uncertainty about how to handle violations, noting that comprehensive testing is expensive and would benefit from collaboration among Russian promotions, though he considers such cooperation unlikely. He mentioned that ACA has considered publicly releasing lists of fighters who tested positive and implementing one-year suspensions for violators.
