UFC offers Ivo Baraniewski as Blachowicz replacement vs Guskov

The UFC has officially offered Ivo Baraniewski a fight as a replacement for Jan Blachowicz to face Bogdan Guskov. This information was confirmed by the Polish fighter's manager, Artur Gwozd.
