Nikita Kulshin knocks out Junior Melo in first round at LFA

Lightweight Nikita Kulshin improved to 9-0 by knocking out Junior Melo early in the first round at an LFA event. This marked Kulshin's sixth consecutive victory in LFA over three years. Prior to this knockout, he had won four straight fights by decision in the promotion, with his LFA debut also ending in a knockout. The 26-year-old from North Ossetia has been living in the United States for four years and trains at Kill Cliff gym. In his post-fight interview, Kulshin grabbed the microphone and called out to the UFC, shouting that he is ready to fight on short notice at any time.
