Nikita Kulshin improved to 9-0 by knocking out Junior Melo early in the first round at an LFA event. The lightweight has been living in the United States for four years and has now won six consecutive fights in LFA over three years. Prior to this knockout, Kulshin had won four straight fights by decision and one by KO in his LFA debut. After the victory, the 26-year-old grabbed the microphone and called out the UFC, saying he is ready to compete on short notice at any time. Kulshin is from North Ossetia and trains at Kill Cliff gym.
