Kulshin finishes Melo in first round at LFA, calls out UFC for short notice

Lightweight Nikita Kulshin improved to 9-0 by knocking out Junior Melo in the opening round at an LFA event. The 26-year-old from North Ossetia, who has lived in the US for four years, earned his sixth consecutive LFA victory. After four straight decision wins, this marked his second knockout in the promotion. Following the finish, Kulshin grabbed the microphone and called out the UFC, stating he is ready to fight on short notice at any time. He trains at Kill Cliff FC.
