Nikita Kulshin knocks out Junior Melo in first round at LFA 231

Lightweight Nikita Kulshin (9-0) knocked out Junior Melo (15-9-1) in the opening round at an LFA event. Kulshin, who has lived in the United States for four years, extended his perfect LFA record to 6-0 over three years. This knockout victory follows four consecutive decision wins and one knockout in his LFA debut. The 26-year-old fighter from North Ossetia trains at Kill Cliff gym and called out the UFC in his post-fight interview, stating he is ready to step in on short notice.
