Nikita Kulshin KOs Junior Melo in LFA, calls out UFC for short-notice debut

Lightweight Nikita Kulshin improved to 9-0 by knocking out Junior Melo in the early moments of the first round at an LFA event. The 26-year-old from North Ossetia, who trains at Kill Cliff gym, has been living in the United States for four years and has now won all six of his LFA fights over three years. After four consecutive decision victories in LFA, this marked his second knockout win in the promotion. In his post-fight interview, Kulshin grabbed the microphone and called out the UFC, declaring he is ready to fight on short notice at any time. Melo's record now stands at 15-9-1.
