UFC Winnipeg awarded $100,000 bonuses to four fighters. Mike Malott and Marcio Barbosa each received Performance of the Night bonuses. Kyler Phillips versus Charles Jourdain was named Fight of the Night. Additionally, all fighters who won by finish but did not receive a main bonus and made weight received $25,000. The UFC's bonus structure rewarded action-oriented performances throughout the card.
Four fighters walked away from UFC Winnipeg with bonus money on April 19, as the promotion handed out its standard post-event awards following a card that delivered on action from top to bottom.

Mike Malott, the 34-year-old Canadian welterweight fighting out of Team Alpha Male, claimed one of the two Performance of the Night bonuses. Malott carries a 14-2-1 record and brings a well-rounded game to the cage, connecting at 48 percent striking accuracy while also averaging 1.88 takedowns and 0.8 submission attempts per 15 minutes. Fighting in front of a home crowd, the six-foot-one orthodox fighter gave fans exactly what they came to see.

The second Performance bonus went to Marcio Barbosa, the 28-year-old Brazilian known as Ticoto. Barbosa owns an 18-2-0 record and is one of the busiest strikers in his division, averaging a remarkable 8.27 significant strikes per minute at 47 percent accuracy. The five-foot-six orthodox finisher fights out of Equipe RD Champions and has built a reputation as a dangerous offensive presence.
Fight of the Night honors went to Kyler Phillips and Charles Jourdain for what was judged the most entertaining bout on the card. Phillips, a 31-year-old American from MMA Lab with a 12-5-0 record, brings serious output at 5.04 significant strikes per minute and adds a wrestling dimension with 2.31 takedowns per 15 minutes.

Why it matters
- Malott's bonus reinforces his standing as one of the more exciting welterweights on the Canadian circuit
- Barbosa's award highlights his elite striking volume as one of the highest output fighters on the roster
- The Phillips-Jourdain Fight of the Night nod signals both men remain relevant in a competitive division despite neither taking the finish bonus
All fighters who earned victories by finish and made weight but did not receive a main bonus collected $25,000 under the UFC's supplemental performance structure.
