UFC Winnipeg's $100,000 performance bonuses went to Mike Malott and Marcio Barbosa for Performance of the Night honors. Kyler Phillips and Charles Jourdain shared Fight of the Night for their exciting matchup. All fighters who won by finish and did not receive a main bonus, and who made weight successfully, received an additional $25,000. The bonus structure rewarded action-packed performances throughout the card. These bonuses are standard UFC practice for standout performances.
Four fighters walked away from UFC Winnipeg with an extra $100,000 each after the promotion handed out its performance bonuses following the April 19 card.

Mike Malott and Marcio Barbosa each earned Performance of the Night recognition, while Kyler Phillips and Charles Jourdain were jointly awarded Fight of the Night for their contest. In addition, any fighter who recorded a finish, made weight successfully, and did not receive one of the headline bonuses picked up an extra $25,000.

Malott, a 34-year-old Canadian welterweight fighting out of Team Alpha Male, carries a record of 14-2-1 into the recognition. Standing six-foot-one with a 73-inch reach, he lands significant strikes at a rate of 3.93 per minute at 48 percent accuracy and adds nearly two takedowns per 15 minutes, rounding out his game with 0.8 submission attempts per 15 minutes.
Barbosa, nicknamed Ticoto, is one of the more explosive finishers on the UFC roster. The 28-year-old Brazilian holds an 18-2-0 record and delivers a striking output of 8.27 significant strikes per minute at 47 percent accuracy — numbers that rank among the highest in his division. The Equipe RD Champions product stands five-foot-six with a 70-inch reach.

Phillips, the 31-year-old American from MMA Lab known as The Matrix, brought his 12-5-0 record into the Fight of the Night performance. He stands five-foot-eight with a 72-inch reach, averages 5.04 significant strikes per minute, and contributes 2.31 takedowns per 15 minutes, making him a well-rounded threat in the bantamweight division.

Why it matters
- Malott's bonus keeps the Canadian crowd favorite in the spotlight at welterweight.
- Barbosa's high striking volume continues to make him a must-watch prospect in the division.
- Phillips and Jourdain's shared Fight of the Night award underscores both men's willingness to engage and could influence future matchmaking at bantamweight.
