UFC Winnipeg awarded $100,000 bonuses to standout performers from the card. Mike Malott and Marcio Barbosa each received Performance of the Night honors. The Fight of the Night bonus went to the bantamweight bout between Kyler Phillips and Charles Jourdain. Additionally, all fighters who scored finishes but did not receive main bonuses, and who made weight successfully, were awarded $25,000 each. The bonus structure rewarded finishing ability and professionalism at the Canadian event.
UFC Winnipeg handed out its post-fight bonuses on April 19, with Mike Malott and Marcio Barbosa each pocketing $100,000 Performance of the Night awards, while Kyler Phillips and Charles Jourdain split Fight of the Night honors for their bantamweight clash. Fighters who secured finishes, made weight, and missed out on the main bonuses received an additional $25,000 each.

Malott, a 34-year-old Canadian welterweight fighting out of Team Alpha Male, carried a 14-2-1 record into the event. Standing six-foot-one with a 73-inch reach, he is a well-rounded threat who lands at a 48 percent striking accuracy rate and averages 0.8 submission attempts per 15 minutes, giving opponents problems both on the feet and on the mat.

Barbosa, known as "Ticoto," is a 28-year-old Brazilian with an 18-2-0 record who fights out of Equipe RD Champions. The five-foot-six orthodox striker is one of the more prolific volume punchers in his division, averaging an imposing 8.27 significant strikes per minute at 47 percent accuracy. His finish earned him a well-deserved bonus on the night.

Phillips, the 31-year-old American from MMA Lab who competes at 12-5-0, brought his trademark striking pace to what became the most entertaining fight of the card. He averages 5.04 significant strikes per minute and also contributes on the wrestling side, averaging 2.31 takedowns per 15 minutes. His opponent Charles Jourdain matched that energy, producing a bantamweight contest worthy of the Fight of the Night recognition.

Why it matters
- Malott picking up a performance bonus in front of a home Canadian crowd reinforces his standing in a competitive welterweight division.
- Barbosa's bonus-earning finish, combined with an elite striking output of over eight significant strikes per minute, signals he is pushing toward the upper tier of his weight class.
- The Fight of the Night award for Phillips and Jourdain highlights the bantamweight division's depth and entertainment value heading into the rest of 2026.
