Mark Volodin addressed criticism about keeping his hands dangerously low in the third round of his UFC debut. He acknowledged his corner was yelling at him about it, but said he was fighting on instinct and felt confident his opponent wouldn't knock him out even with lowered hands. Volodin admitted it was foolish but said he chose this path and doesn't care about criticism regarding technique or level of competition. Despite the technical flaws, he said he enjoyed the experience of his debut fight.
