Polish light heavyweight Iwo Baraniewski has confirmed that he is considering the UFC's offer to step in as a replacement for Jan Blachowicz. Baraniewski acknowledged that the opportunity presents both pros and cons, describing it as a huge chance and noting that he's pleased the UFC thought of him for the replacement role. He characterized it as a tough and significant fight, especially for only his third UFC appearance. Active negotiations are currently underway between his manager and UFC matchmaker Mick Maynard, with both sides exchanging proposals. Baraniewski emphasized that his coaches are also heavily involved in the decision-making process. He is currently scheduled to fight Billy Elekana on June 6.
