Former UFC and PRIDE champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is relearning to walk at age 49 following surgery on both hip joints. Nogueira, who holds a 34-12-1 career record, shared video footage of his rehabilitation four days post-operation. In his statement, he emphasized the rehabilitation process and described his approach as involving "overcoming, resilience and discipline." The surgery was performed on both left and right hip joints simultaneously. Nogueira stated he is taking the recovery "step by step, striving for quality of life and respecting the recovery processes."
