While not ruling out the rematch entirely, De Ridder stated he would prefer to face a different opponent for his UFC debut. He confirmed that his next fight is scheduled to take place during the summer. De Ridder specifically stated that a rematch with Rob is definitely not needed right now. The Dutch fighter is coming off a loss to Whittaker in ONE Championship.
