Tang Kai vs Shamil Gasanov lightweight title fight moved to May 15

The ONE Championship lightweight title bout between champion Tang Kai (19-4, 8-1 ONE) and challenger Shamil Gasanov (16-1, 6-1 ONE) has been rescheduled. The fight will now take place on May 15 at ONE Fight Night 43. Tang Kai currently holds the ONE lightweight championship and will be making his next title defense against the highly-ranked Gasanov. Both fighters have strong records in ONE Championship competition. The reason for the date change was not disclosed in the announcement.
