The Kizlyar District Court found him guilty under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code after Center "E" officers discovered his offensive remarks about Russians in the chat. According to reports, Magomed had argued with other users and made inflammatory statements, though he apologized within an hour and a half, acknowledging that there are worthy people among Russians.
