Dagestan resident fined for hate speech in UFC Telegram chat

A 21-year-old man from Dagestan has been fined 10,000 rubles for inciting ethnic hatred in a UFC-related Telegram chat. The Kizlyar District Court found Magomed S. guilty under administrative code Article 20.3.1 after authorities discovered offensive comments he made about Russians in the UFC Eurasia Telegram chat three years prior. The defendant had posted inflammatory remarks but apologized within 90 minutes, stating there are worthy people among Russians. In court, Magomed admitted guilt and expressed remorse for his actions. The case was investigated by Center "E" officers who specialize in extremism cases.
