Dagestan resident fined for hate speech in UFC Telegram chat

A 21-year-old Dagestan resident named Magomed S. was fined 10,000 rubles by Kizlyar District Court for inciting hatred against Russians in a UFC Telegram chat. The Center "E" discovered the violation in comments made by Magomed in the Telegram chat UFC Eurasia three years ago, where he made derogatory statements about Russians but apologized within 90 minutes. Magomed acknowledged his guilt in court and expressed remorse for his actions. He was found guilty under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code.
