The flyweight pairing sends debuting momentum into the cage as Imanol Rodriguez, who went 1-0 in his UFC debut, steps up against a seasoned veteran. Matt Schnell, known as "Danger," owns a 17-10-0 overall record and has logged considerable time in the UFC flyweight division over a lengthy career. The 36-year-old orthodox fighter from Fortis MMA stands five-foot-eight with a 70-inch reach and averages 4.07 significant strikes per minute while also generating 1.2 submission attempts per 15 minutes.

Why it matters

  • Mitchell's bantamweight future carries real divisional weight depending on whether he can return to the winning column
  • Henry's high striking output creates a stylistically interesting contrast against Mitchell's takedown-heavy game
  • Schnell brings veteran experience that will serve as a genuine measuring stick for Rodriguez's early UFC trajectory
