Colby Covington removed from UFC rankings due to inactivity

Colby Covington has been removed from the UFC welterweight rankings due to his extended period of inactivity. Covington last fought in 2024 when he lost to Joaquin Buckley by stoppage. Since that defeat, Covington has not competed inside the octagon. He has instead been involved in legal disputes with Jorge Masvidal and has been participating in events for the Royal Arab Federation.
