Jan Blachowicz announced he has successfully undergone knee surgery under the care of Dr. Mihalik and Dr. Damian Zaborovsky. Blachowicz stated that everything went according to plan and that his doctors did excellent work literally getting him back on his feet. The priority was to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Dr. Mihalik also performed sinus cleaning during the procedure. Blachowicz indicated that his recovery is going well and that he has a plan and a new fight date, though he did not specify when that date is.
