Retired MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko is maintaining impressive cardiovascular fitness at age 49, regularly running 15 kilometers in approximately 70 minutes. According to Vadim Nemkov, Fedor acquired a smartwatch that awards badges for achieving fitness milestones, and the competitive champion has become motivated to collect these digital achievements. Nemkov noted that Fedor recently completed a 15km run in 1 hour and 10 minutes with an average pace of 4:46 per kilometer. While other members of Fedor Team have similar smartwatches, none of them take the badge system as seriously as Fedor does. Nemkov expressed genuine surprise at some of the fitness badges Fedor has earned and shared with the team.
