49-year-old Fedor Emelianenko runs 15km in 70 minutes while chasing fitness badges

Fedor Emelianenko, now 49 years old, is currently running 15 kilometers in one hour and 10 minutes. Since acquiring a smartwatch, the legendary fighter has become focused on earning achievement badges and consistently sets personal records. Vadim Nemkov, a teammate at Fedor Team, revealed in an interview that Fedor maintains an average pace of around 4:46 per kilometer. While other fighters on the team also wear smartwatches, none are as dedicated to collecting badges as Fedor. Nemkov expressed surprise at the fitness milestones Fedor regularly shares with the team.
