Nemkov believes Ovechkin more recognizable than Khabib in America

Vadim Nemkov stated in an interview that he believes Alexander Ovechkin is currently more recognizable in America than Khabib Nurmagomedov. Nemkov explained that hockey is deeply ingrained in American youth culture, with many children playing from an early age and knowing who Ovechkin is, especially after he broke Wayne Gretzky's record and continues setting new ones. He suggested that Ovechkin remains constantly in the news and at the top of his sport, while Khabib is no longer as prominent in headlines since his retirement. Nemkov acknowledged both are recognized but gave the edge to Ovechkin for current American visibility.
