Sterling admits he nearly lost consciousness to Zalal's guillotine

Aljamain Sterling revealed he came very close to being finished by Youssef Zalal's guillotine choke in their recent fight. Sterling admitted he thought he was about to lose consciousness during the submission attempt. However, he refused to tap out, not wanting to give Zalal the satisfaction of a submission victory. Sterling's stubbornness kept him in the fight despite being in serious danger from the tight choke.
