Quillan Salkilld revealed that fans were upset with him for submitting Jamie Mullarkey when they expected a knockout finish. Salkilld explained that people don't realize how difficult it is to finish opponents at the UFC level. He noted that fans saw his previous knockouts and assumed he was purely a knockout artist, not knowing he could also finish fights by submission. Salkilld mentioned he had to apologize to fans for using a submission when they wanted to see him knock someone out. He joked that he will try to hit his next opponent in the head but will win however he can.
